This course starts at the real beginning: what a chat agent is, where its answers come from, and why fluent text can still be wrong. In the first arc, learners make a safe first request, learn task, context, format, and constraints, understand chat history and memory limits, and establish a small daily habit.

From there, 15-to-20-minute lessons turn AI into practical, reviewable work. Learners extract decisions from notes, draft accurate emails, revise for voice, plan around constraints, build reusable prompts and checklists, and use AI to learn without skipping retrieval or reflection. Research lessons teach current-source search, claim checking, disagreement, research notes, and source-checked briefs.

The course then moves into files and structured work: privacy preflight, documents, reports, forms, PDFs, meeting packs, spreadsheets, budgets, scenario planners, formulas, charts, and verification. Every exercise uses fictional or sanitized material, keeps unknowns visible, and names the human check before anything is used.

The final arc turns successful work into a personal system. Learners organize prompts and templates, chain a workflow by hand, use AI as a thinking partner, understand supervised agents, delegate only low-risk tasks, and define clear red lines. The capstone is a Personal AI Playbook with approved inputs, a reusable instruction, source and privacy rules, a human owner, manual fallback, weekly review, version history, and stop conditions.

No paid feature is required: each core exercise has a standard chat path or complete manual fallback. The 48-lesson core takes about 12 to 16 hours of active learning; “10 Minutes” remains a daily-habit promise, while typical lessons are honestly listed as 15 to 20 minutes.
