What this is

Thirty-eight lessons in seven modules. Each one ends with something you keep: a lease cut to what matters in lesson 3, a budget workbook with a SUMIFS formula in lesson 13.

ChatGPT and Claude are the two tools you learn. The last lesson previews Codex and Claude Code. From lesson 9 you have a project that remembers you, and later lessons add jobs to it.

How to take it

One lesson a day beats a weekend binge. The homework makes it stick because it runs on your own material. Each lesson asks you to keep one thing, and those become the assistant you assemble in module 7.

Pick one tool, ChatGPT or Claude, and stay in it.
Do one lesson on a day you have 20 minutes.
Use your own letter and your own numbers, never a sample.
Finish the homework before the next lesson.
Save the one thing each lesson says to keep.
Miss a day, pick it up tomorrow.

Who it is for

People who have typed a question into a chat box and stopped there. No coding background needed. Three people carry the examples: Maya at work, Luis in a small business, Dana at home.

Why we built it

Pasting prompts is the fallback here, so you connect your own inbox at lesson 6 and start handing over whole jobs at lesson 30. Two capstone lessons close it: you design the assistant, then run it for a week to find out what breaks.

What you need

Lessons 1 to 4 run on a free ChatGPT or Claude account with nothing connected.
A phone with one of the apps for lesson 1, which starts by photographing a letter.
From module 2 you need one paid plan, on ChatGPT or on Claude. You buy it from OpenAI or Anthropic, not from LearnStack. Lesson 5 shows what each includes first.
Lesson 6 connects your inbox, then 7 and 8 your calendar, contacts and files. You approve each permission, and the lesson shows where to revoke it.
On LearnStack, lessons 1 to 10 open right away, then lesson 11 onward opens one a day as you finish them. LearnStack Premium, a separate purchase from your ChatGPT or Claude plan, opens all 38 at once.

Questions

How much time does this take a day?: 15 to 20 minutes including the doing. The ten minutes in the name is optimistic.
What happens if I miss a day?: Nothing. Uptime counts consecutive days, but it is a display and nothing more. No penalty, no lost progress.
Do I have to pay for anything?: Two separate things, and only one is ours. From module 2 you pay OpenAI or Anthropic for a plan. LearnStack Premium is the other, and all it removes is the one-a-day release from lesson 11.
ChatGPT or Claude?: Whichever is already on your phone. The lessons are written so one paid plan is enough.
Phone or laptop?: Lesson 1 needs a phone with a camera. The rest is easier on a laptop. Lesson 28 goes back to the phone on purpose.
I already use ChatGPT. Is this too basic?: If you have never connected your inbox or scheduled a task, module 1 will go fast and module 2 will not.
