What this is

This is a daily habit, where each lesson is one real job you do with ChatGPT or Claude, like reading the letter on the counter.

The name is the promise: about ten minutes of hands-on work with the assistant each day. The lesson page takes a bit longer to read the first time.

How to take it

A little every day beats a long Saturday.

  1. Pick ChatGPT or Claude and stick with it.
  2. Do one lesson a day.
  3. Use your own letter and your own numbers, never a sample.
  4. Do the homework before the next lesson.
  5. Save what each lesson says to keep.
  6. Missed a day? Pick it up tomorrow.

Who it is for

You have heard plenty about AI but never really used it, or you tried it once, got an odd answer, and gave up. If you can send an email and take a photo, you can do this.

Why we made it

Most people meet AI in a demo or a slide deck, where it looks clever, and then Monday is the same as before. Nobody shows you how to use it on your own letters, inbox, money and calendar, so we did, one small thing at a time.

By the end you can photograph any bill and know what it wants. You will have a budget that adds up and a morning briefing that arrives on its own. And you can hand off bigger jobs and still approve each step.

What you need

  • Lessons 1 to 4: a free ChatGPT or Claude account, and the app on a phone with a camera.
  • From lesson 5: one paid plan, which covers every lesson. You buy it from OpenAI or Anthropic, not from LearnStack.
  • Lessons 6 to 8 link your email, calendar, contacts and files. You approve each one, and you can undo it.
  • There are 38 lessons in seven modules. On LearnStack, lessons 1 to 10 open right away, then one a day as you finish them. LearnStack Premium, separate from your ChatGPT or Claude plan, opens them all.

Questions

Does it really take ten minutes?
The hands-on part does, although reading a lesson page takes longer the first time.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing. Uptime counts days in a row, but it is only a display, and you lose no progress.
Do I have to pay for anything?
From lesson 5 you pay OpenAI or Anthropic for a plan. LearnStack Premium is separate and only removes the one-a-day release from lesson 11.
ChatGPT or Claude?
Whichever is already on your phone.
I already use ChatGPT. Is this too basic?
If you have never linked your inbox or scheduled a task, module 1 will go fast and module 2 will not.
